Hayley Jensen is an award-winning country artist who shot to fame as a top finalist on Australian Idol, and later made a ‘chair turning’ return to the small screen on The Voice where she was dubbed ‘the whole package’ by her coach, Kylie Minogue.

Off the back of a spectacular 2 years of chart topping success, Hayley was nominated as a Finalist in the ‘2022 Golden Guitar Awards’ for ‘Female Artist of the Year’ and invited to perform as part of the official Australia Day LIVE Broadcast on ABC Television this year.

Her latest release and 4th studio album, ‘Breakin’ Hearts’, launched in Oct 2021, shot to the top of the ARIA charts to be the #1Country Album, #1 Australian Country Album, #4 Australian All Genres & #25 Album Overall. It also debuted as the #1 iTunes Country Album.

Jensen has achieved multiple #1’s and Top 10’s with hit singles from the record, including #1 iTunes, #1 CMT & #1 KIX Country radio single (2 wks), ‘Karma’. Which was also added to 4 curated Apple Music playlists, including ‘Today’s Country’ & ‘New Music Daily’. Other hit singles include: ‘Just Gonna Party’ (#1 2TM), ‘Fireworks’ (#19 Aus. song CountryTown), ‘Better Than That’ (#1 ACR), ‘Shake My Bones’(#1 ACR), and title track, ‘Breakin’ Hearts’, which was the #1 Australian song (#2 overall) on the official CountryTown airplay charts.

Breakin’ Hearts was also added to Spotify’s ‘Fresh Country’ curated playlist, was one of the Top 100 Songs at Canadian Country radio, and one of the most played songs on CBC Country on digital radio across North America.

“The creation of Breakin’ Hearts was one of the most hands-on and enjoyable creative experiences of my life,” says Hayley. “It was a true labour of love, conceived during a period of global uncertainty and isolation. The production process spanned two continents, three countries, multiple time zones and pushed technology to its limits. Every story told through these songs is charged with emotion and grit.”

On top of her own releases, in the past 12 months, Hayley has also featured on 2 chart topping duets with Canadian Country artists: ‘Really Shouldn’t Drink Around You’ with Dan Davidson, and ‘Flirtin’ with Manitoba based band, Petric, which was also added to the Fresh Country Playlist and had chart success on Billboard Canada.

Touring extensively, Jensen has also graced festival stages across Australia & internationally, including the ‘2018 Buckle & Boots Country Festival’ in the UK, plus ‘Calgary Stampede’ and ‘Dauphin’s CountryFest’ in Canada in 2019.

Hayley kicked off 2022 with a bang, hitting the road with her band to launch ‘Breakin’ Hearts’ with a massive tour of full house shows across QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC. More touring & festivals fill the second half of 2022 for Jensen, including Country Rocks Festival, Deni Ute Muster, Lights on the Hill, Groundwater Country Music Festival, and many more.

After two decades in the industry, Hayley is at an all-time high and has fortified her place as a leading act in the Australian music landscape and continues to make headway Internationally.
